Report a crop or printing issue
Include the marketplace, your browser and device, the selected crop mode, and the output format. Explain what you expected and what happened. If only one page is affected, mention its page number. An exact error message is more helpful than a description such as “not working.”
- For incorrect invoice separation, describe where the invoice appears relative to the label.
- For a print-size issue, mention thermal, A4 four-label, or A4 six-label output and the printer paper size.
- For a missing SKU, say whether the original PDF text can be selected.
Protect customer information
Do not send seller passwords, payment information, live customer addresses, phone numbers, or unredacted shipping documents. Start with a description. If an example is needed, use a fabricated or properly redacted sample that you are allowed to share.
Content, privacy, and other enquiries
Use the same address for article corrections, accessibility feedback, privacy requests, and business enquiries. Include a descriptive subject such as “Guide correction” or “Privacy request.” We do not publish a guaranteed response time.
Marketplace and courier support
For delivery tracking, account access, charges, pickup bookings, returns, or disputes, contact the relevant marketplace or courier. quicklabelcrop prepares PDF files and cannot access or change those systems.
