How to use quicklabelcrop meesho label tool

The quicklabelcrop Meesho label tool prepares shipping-label PDFs for your packing desk. You can review automatic crop suggestions, keep or separate invoice content, add an SKU below a label, and download a thermal or A4 print layout. This guide includes the six-label A4 option and explains when manual adjustment is still needed.

1. Upload your Meesho PDF

Start with the shipping-label PDF downloaded through your Meesho supplier account. Keep the original file so you can refer back to the order and invoice information. Open quicklabelcrop and check that Meesho is selected under Marketplace.

Click Choose PDF or drag the file into the upload area. The tool accepts one PDF at a time in the cropper, with a maximum size of 50 MB. Multiple orders can be processed together when each source page contains one shipping label. Use the merge section first if your labels are spread across several PDFs.

If you want to learn the controls before using customer documents, choose Try a sample. The sample is demonstration material and cannot be used to ship a parcel.

2. Check what the automatic crop includes

The tool examines pages individually rather than assuming the label always has the same height. It identifies visible content and, in shipping-label mode, attempts to find an invoice heading with a blank separator above it. A green box shows the suggested print area.

Read the detection message below each preview. Keep the complete address, courier information, tracking barcode, and required label details inside the box. Include the white space around the barcode. If the suggested crop is too large or too small, drag a new rectangle or edit the X, Y, W, and H percentages.

Use the previous and next arrows to review every page. Leave Use this crop on all pages unchecked when individual pages have different dimensions or layouts. A crop that fits one courier’s label may cut content from another.

For scanned PDFs, the tool can trim visible outer whitespace, but it cannot reliably read SKU text or separate the invoice. Adjust those crops manually. Automatic detection also does not split multiple labels found on a single source page.

3. Decide whether to include the invoice

Select Shipping label · remove invoice when detected to try separating the label from the invoice. Select Label + invoice · trim outer whitespace if you want both visible sections retained. After changing the mode, click Auto-crop all pages.

Re-running detection replaces earlier manual crops and SKU edits. Choose the mode before making detailed corrections. Cropping changes the downloaded printout; it does not remove invoice requirements or change the original order. Keep your original documents and follow the instructions associated with the shipment.

4. Review the SKU on each page

When a PDF contains a clear “SKU:” text field, the tool fills the editable SKU input with the extracted candidate. Confirm it against the order. If the field is blank or incorrect, enter the correct identifier manually.

Keep Add SKU below label in download enabled to include that value in a separate footer. The tool reserves space so the added text does not cover the cropped barcode. Disable the option if an extra SKU is unnecessary. This is a print annotation, not a change to Meesho’s order records.

5. Print six Meesho labels on one A4 sheet

1. Choose A4 sheet · 6 labels per page (2 × 3) under Print format.
2. Leave the page range blank for all labels, or enter the pages you need.
3. Click Crop & download and open the resulting PDF.
4. Select A4 paper and actual size or 100% in the print dialog.
5. Print one sheet and check the label size, text, and barcode before printing the rest.

The output fills each sheet from left to right, moving down through three rows. Seven selected labels produce two A4 pages: six labels on the first page and one on the second. Unused positions on the final sheet remain blank.

The six-label arrangement is already built into the downloaded PDF. Do not select another six-pages-per-sheet setting in your PDF viewer, or the result will be reduced again. This is a general A4 layout and is not calibrated to every brand of precut sticker sheet.

If the labels become too small, use four per A4 page or an appropriate thermal format. Available layouts do not guarantee courier acceptance; check the actual printed result and the requirements for your shipment.

6. Merge files in your packing order

Add PDFs under Merge your label PDFs, then move them using the up and down arrows. The merger keeps each file’s internal page order. Choose Merge & open in cropper to prepare the combined batch. It does not automatically group products or remove duplicates, so verify your queue before exporting.

All crop and merge processing happens in the browser. Keep the tab open until the download finishes, and save your result before leaving the page. For a recurring crop problem, compare the original PDF with the preview to identify exactly which section needs a manual adjustment.
