How to Use quicklabelcrop Flipkart Label Tool

Preparing a batch of Flipkart orders is easier when the printed labels follow a consistent layout. The quicklabelcrop Flipkart label tool helps you trim PDF pages, review product identifiers, and arrange the result for printing. This guide follows the controls available in the tool so you can work from upload to download without guessing which setting to use.

1. Start with the original order PDF

Download the shipping-label PDF through your Flipkart seller account’s order workflow. Keep an original copy. Use the PDF itself rather than screenshots wherever possible, because screenshots can lose barcode detail and do not preserve selectable text.

Open the label cropper, choose Flipkart under Marketplace, and click Choose PDF. You can also drag a PDF into the upload area. The current limit is 50 MB. A source file may contain multiple pages, but the automatic cropper expects one shipping label per page.

If your PDF already contains several labels on each page, this version will not automatically split all of them into separate labels. Prepare a one-label-per-page export where possible, or process the required regions separately.

2. Review the automatic crop

After upload, the tool examines each page and suggests a crop around its visible content. In shipping-label mode, it also looks for certain invoice headings and a clear blank separator. When it finds both, it can end the suggested crop above the invoice.

This is a suggested selection, not a guarantee that every Flipkart or courier template is recognised. Read the message below the preview. If the invoice remains visible, draw a smaller rectangle around the shipping label. Preserve the full barcode and its white margins, recipient information, tracking number, and any other required shipping details.

Use the page arrows to inspect the whole batch. Leave Use this crop on all pages off when the pages differ. Turn it on only after confirming that the same relative crop fits every selected page. The numeric crop inputs provide an alternative to dragging, including on smaller screens.

To retain the invoice section in the output, select Label + invoice · trim outer whitespace and click Auto-crop all pages. Re-running detection replaces earlier crop and SKU edits, so choose the mode before fine-tuning the batch.

3. Verify the SKU

The tool extracts a candidate product SKU when the PDF contains a clear text field such as “SKU:”. Check the SKU field on each page against the order. You can correct it or enter a missing value manually.

With Add SKU below label in download enabled, the entered value is printed in a separate area below the cropped label. It does not replace the original tracking barcode or change the marketplace order. If you do not want an added SKU, clear the checkbox.

Image-only PDFs do not provide readable text for this extraction. Table layouts without a clear SKU field may also need manual entry. An empty SKU field is a prompt to check the source, not evidence that the order has no SKU.

4. Select the output and pages

• Thermal label · 4 × 6 in: one cropped label per output page.
• A4 sheet · 4 labels per page: two columns and two rows.
• A4 sheet · 6 labels per page: two columns and three rows.
• Cropped size · no scaling: retain the crop’s PDF dimensions, with extra space if an SKU is added.

Labels fit inside the chosen space without stretching. More labels per sheet means less space for each one. Choose a layout that keeps the printed label readable and meets your courier’s requirements.

Leave Pages to export blank to include every page, or enter a range such as 1-3, 5. Click Crop & download. Open the result and print at 100% scale with the matching paper size. Print a sample before a full batch, especially after changing formats.

5. Combine separate batches when needed

In Merge your label PDFs, add the files and use the arrows to arrange their order. Choose Merge & open in cropper to crop the combined file, or Merge & download PDF to keep the original page sizes. Merging does not sort by SKU, remove duplicate orders, or change the page order inside an individual PDF.

If a label looks wrong

Reset the crop and redraw it if information is missing. Use a fresh source PDF if the barcode is already blurry. For a file that will not open, check that it is a valid, unlocked PDF within the size limit. Files are processed in your browser; the tool does not need access to your seller account.
